The Frank L. Many of the papers document the homesteading of western Colorado and reflect Delaney's concern for the grazing problems faced by early Colorado ranchers. The papers also contain many maps with emphasis on land classification and water courses in Colorado and on elements of the Colorado River Storage Project.
